Wellness Wednesday!

I know I am a little late for starting my fitness journey in the end of June, but why not do it now than 10 years later! Okay, so I am not really good with this whole fitness and dieting thing but I am going to really try this time to make it work. It better to try than not try at all. Like they all say when life knocks you down you have to get right back up and keep trying! I definitely will stick to this journey until I accomplish it no matter how hard it will get and lastly remember why I am doing it. It is always good to do it with a partner so you can motivate and inspire each other to workout! So I’m dragging my little niece on this wonderful journey! LOL ๐Ÿ™‚ ย Wish me luck & always remember why you started in the first place!
